Barton International College (BIC) is a boutique ELICOS College set up with an objective to provide you with a premium educational experience. We offer a range of English courses that have been carefully designed to benefit you. We are tailor made for students who are seeking a quality academic experience, personal level of service in a caring, relaxed atmosphere with supportive professional staff who will help you achieve your academic goals.

We are currently seeking for a full-time experienced Marketing Manager in Japan to promote our college in Japanese Market. The manager will be representing the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners and agents. The marketing manager will be helping the college to develop a strategic objective and will be reporting to the director or CEO.

Main Responsibilities
· Recruits students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
· Develop and maintain relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key recruitment channels such as education agents(national and international), partner colleges, businesses, and direct channels
· Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support college business objectives.
· Assists Director/ CEO with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, marketing events to promote the college.
· Plan, develop and execute onshore and offshore missions (trips) to promote Barton and drive sales. This includes attending multi-brand events/exhibitions within regional responsibility
· Working around with marketing team assisting them in marketing material such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, website, etc. to deliver student sales
· Maximise revenue and growth with the help of strategic pricing planning keeping in mind the competitor pricing and budget pricing.
· Must maintain high standard of client satisfaction and able to maintain and develop relationship with key partners.
· Must be able to achieve sales target for the assigned regions.

Requirements:
· Business/Marketing qualification or previous sales/marketing experience
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work under high pressure
· Strategic thinking and planning
· Ambitious, Passionate, Highly committed & Self-Motivated
· Confidence, resilience and perseverance
· Must be able to travel international and interstate.
· Must have a proficiency in English Language
