仕事内容
Responsible for receiving, validating, and logging client requests.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure that users and clients are constantly updated on the progress associated with resolving problems for quick resolution of problems.
• Create violations and other reports needed for the process to work properly. Identify faults and short comments in the current process and escalate according to recommendations.
Required qualificationRequired qualification
Basic knowledge of English and IT
Work every month on the 17th, 12 hours: 8 am-8 pm / 10 am (including holidays and weekends)
Welcome native language = Japanese, English

Work start date = Immediately (working visa takes approximately 1 month 2 weeks)
