Job Description
-Strategic planning and execution support for the entire SEGA Group (including overseas branches)
-Collaboration and lead of overseas offices
-Business progress management
-Support for top management
-Support for special assignments.
-Strategic planning (must be able to identify problems by looking at the external and internal environment, build hypotheses and make proposals)
-Ability to prepare documents (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. to prepare documents for management).
Ambition
-Communication skills (ability to think spontaneously to solve problems and to obtain assistance when implementing solutions)
-Accounting knowledge (knowledge of management accounting and financial accounting *Bookkeeping level 2 or equivalent)
-Language skills (English business level, Japanese N1 level) *Experience in overseas business is preferred.
-Experience in promoting business in different languages with foreign cultures.
-Must have an interest in games.
