仕事内容

1. 客先設計者への技術説明、技術質疑に対する回答/説明
2. 客先評価検討時における各種技術問合せへの回答
3. 品質トラブルなど技術クレームへの対応

What the role will do:
 Perform troubleshooting on sensors, controllers, decoding engines and etc.
 Coordinate with R&D team, identify issues and resolve same.
 Develop or execute development and testing tools for various components.
 Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from technical point of view.
 Develop and maintain documents for designs and application notes and provide updates.
 Manage and update the database for customer information.
 Participate in technical meetings and prepare training programs for customers and distributors.
 Participate in various training programs.
 Assist customer to understand all products and configure services, and perform a demo for various field applications.
 Analyze customer requirement and ensure product meets customer requirements appropriately.
 Analyze applications and recommend expert advice for same.
 Cooperate with the development team, evaluate the new device performance to meet customer specific technology target.
 Attend marketing activities, including seminar/exhibition/conference, collect market feedback and give suggestions accordingly

You must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in technical or engineering discipline
Qualities about you that might make this decision easier:
 Good English communication skills
 Customer oriented and quick in finding out customer pain points
 An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction to customer
 A quick learner with project management skills and independent trouble-shooting skills
 The ability to travel depending upon the demands of the region
 You independently tackle challenges and don’t need anyone to keep you on track. You’re organized and efficient with a self-starter attitude.
