<About us>
We are a very small family-owned private institute. There are only four of us working as staff, and one girl is going home at the end of May. We treat everyone here like a part of our family, and almost all of the previous employees left happy, saying this was the best place to work in Japan. Team-work is highly valued. <Job details>
*Teaching English to ESL students and returnees at the age of 2 to 60
*Private and very small group lessons
*Basic office work (typing, grading, making teaching materials)


Work hours:
FRIDAY 15:30~21:00 (required) + Half day on Saturday and/or Thursday (optional)

Start with one or two days a week in the first month, and then we will discuss about more working hours and a raise later based on the job performance.

Please do not apply for the position unless you can work on Fridays.


<Requirements>
*15 hours of training must be completed before officially starting.
(15,000 yen will be rewarded upon completing the whole training process AND signing the contract.Transportation cost not covered during the training.)
* Has a working holiday visa, spouse\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s visa or student visa with a work permit and already live in Japan
* Speaks English as the native language
* Can stay for at least 6 months but preferably longer
* Passion to teach English and learn about Japanese culture
* Basic computer knowledge with Windows


<Preferences but not mandatory>
* Basic conversation skill in Japanese
* Outgoing female teacher
* Likes fine arts
